Your Appointment:
During your session, Natalie will use acupuncture to relieve pain and restore balance, while also working to clear energetic blocks that may be limiting your healing. This holistic approach ensures that you receive the full benefits of your treatment, leaving you feeling aligned, refreshed, and empowered. Please eat 2-3 hours before your visit and wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Acupuncture Appointments
First Time : First appointments usually last about 75 minutes. To save time, please arrive early to fill out our new patient information packet before your first session.
Returning: Follow-up visits will generally be about an hour.
